Cass Tumanut is the Founder of Millennial Babe, an online community for ambitious females, intentional entrepreneurs and digital trailblazers. Her passion is to create a social movement of women designing a life of time, location and financial freedom.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Cass decided to leave her 9-to-5 corporate job a few years back in pursuit of a life of freedom.
She stated “I had to take the risk because I know there is more to life than secured paycheck yet clocked in work hours. I had financial freedom but no time and location freedom. So I left my comfort zone, went all in and never looked back.”
She then started to launch her social media business in 2017 by pitching herself to brands to create paid partnerships. Eventually, she offered done-for-you services and social media coaching to her growing audience.
Delivering client transformation and thought leadership, she grew her audience to almost 30,000 followers and made full time income from Instagram alone.
When she knew that it’s completely possible to turn passion into profit, she decided to elevate her purpose by building an online community so she can share her Instagram success, amplify her story and inspire more women to make bold moves.
“For better or for worse, I will stand for what I believe in. I want to crush my own limiting beliefs and share my journey because I know someone out there is dying to submit her resignation letter and live a life of her own terms but is too scared to take a leap to the unknown. I know I have every reason to fight not just for my dream but for the dream of others. This sense of higher purpose fueled me to carry on. I built Millennial Babe to help women validate their vision and push through their fears,” she said.
Since its inception, Millennial Babe has helped women from all over the world by providing daily motivational content, social media coaching and digital resources like training, e-books, courses and online scholarships so more women can feel supported while building a scalable online business.
“It’s incredibly tough when you are starting out, you begin to feel alone and doubt your capabilities. You lose people who don’t understand your growth. Add to that the harsh reality that your bills won’t wait for you to perfect your business model, so you quit and let your smaller self win. I wanted to break that wheel by sharing rinse and repeat strategies so people can gain niche clarity, grow their audience, create high converting sales funnels and build automations so they don’t need to keep trading time for money. Now that makes true freedom possible,” Cass said.
