He has also served in corporate executive roles in companies like ADP, Ceridian, Mario, Staffplus, and Paychex.

Shawn also adds to The Leadership Experience Tour roster Erika Dudley, a registered nurse, life strategist, and leadership coach. Erika has mastered the art of team building and mentorship, helping various organizations and leaders attain tremendous success through her proven principles and practices in organization, productivity, and positive change.

Erika holds a Master’s degree in Business and Public Administration and has received multiple nods from organizations and awarding bodies. As an active forward thinker and influencer, Erika likes to challenge the status quo and transform people and companies’ transformation. With over twenty years of experience in training and speaking, she has developed effective tools and paradigms that have helped countless leaders excel and build healthier and more productive teams.
