About Sitronu:

Inspired by the clean, simple design aesthetic found in Nordic culture and further impressed by how eco-friendly everything is oriented in Iceland, the concept for Sítrónu was born. The store’s founder, Amanda, wished to replicate both those qualities in the natural, small batch bath products. She began her work in her farm in Huntly, Virginia. It wasn’t difficult to retain the inspiration from her studio overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Sítrónu sources plant-based ingredients for all of their products except their Honey & Aloe Sugar Scrub which uses organic, local honey. They never use anything with parabens, phthalates, BPA, or sulfates. Sítrónu is approved by Leaping Bunny and PETA for being cruelty free. Additionally, their plastic bottles are recyclable and the larger sizes can be easily refilled with their gallons – environmentally friendly as well as economical.
