HOUSTON – Kerry Douglas, CEO and founder of Black Smoke Music Worldwide, has just been inducted into the Stellar Gospel Music Awards Stellar Honors Hall of Fame.

“It’s a blessing to receive this honor and I’m very grateful,” Douglas said. “I work with so many amazing artists and musicians and have spent a long time building up my business. To have the hard work of our artists and my team be recognized just feels amazing.”

This honor is just the latest in a long list of Douglas’s accomplishments. As a music industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Douglas has produced a continuous slate of top gospel music radio hits by favorites including Grammy- and Stellar-nominated songwriters James Fortune and Greg O. Quinn, quartet favorites Keith “Wonderboy” Johnson, Damon Little and Evelyn Turrentine Agee, and Stellar Awards, Artist of the Year winner, Pastor Mike Jr.

In addition to Douglas’s music accomplishments, he’s been hard at work connecting corporate America to the viable faith based community. Gospel Truth Magazine, Douglas’s own publication has had a circulation of close to half a million readers and was carried in Walmart.

Douglas continues to connect with an enthusiastic gospel audience through his Gospel Mix tour all across the country.
