Norma Lee is a professional with over 10 years in the legal industry and over 20 years in the business of empowering individuals through various different roles. With a background in education, she has an undergraduate and graduate degree from Howard University and a graduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Norma is passionate about giving back to her community through various professional associations, Girls Scouts, Junior Missionaries and her church, Fifth Street Baptist Church.

Each year, Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) accepts a diverse group of community leaders into its flagship program, Leadership Quest. Through a ten-month program — which includes formal community leadership training, access to high-impact decision-makers, and networking opportunities to name a few — these individuals develop the necessary framework to make a positive and lasting impact in the greater Richmond Region.

Participants in the Leadership Quest program bring a wealth of experience, passion, and know-how as they begin the shift from community members to leaders who are focused on creating sustainable change across the region. Using servant leadership principles and a focus on community engagement as its foundation, Leadership Quest uses a dynamic mix of intense retreats, expert presenters, and immersion teams. This year’s cohort has 70 professionals from around the region.
