Loftus Law, a leading family law firm, proudly announces that Leslie Wulfsohn Loftus, Esq., has been elected to the Board of Directors of The Family Court Professional Coalition in the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida.

The Family Court Professional Coalition is a grassroots organization founded in 2000, dedicated to providing a forum for communication, collaboration, education, and innovation among the professionals of the 12th Judicial Circuit. The organization’s goal is to reduce the stress of legal disputes for families by using the multidisciplinary resources of the legal, accounting, and mental health professions to conduct research, develop, and propose creative programs and procedures that promote the amicable resolution of contentious legal issues.

Ms. Loftus has been working exclusively as a family law attorney for the past 20 years and is an “AV” rated lawyer. She has been designated a “Super Lawyer” for the past five years. Her practice, Loftus Law, is located in Sarasota, Florida. Ms. Loftus takes pleasure in assisting a wide range of clients on various matters, such as dividing assets into high net worth cases, handling simplified divorce cases, drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements, and dealing with child custody disputes, thus also working as a divorce attorney in Sarasota.

Being a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Loftus will meet with local attorneys, members of the judiciary and court personnel to discuss ideas and develop innovative approaches to the complex issues in family law cases. Annually, the group holds a seminar for the judiciary, family law lawyers, accounting, and mental health personnel. Ms. Loftus is eager to share knowledge with the Board and collaborate with her colleagues to develop fresh approaches to serving families in the counties of Sarasota and Manatee.
